These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://chinatrademarkservices.com (the “Site”) and the trademark and intellectual property services provided by China Trademark Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) (“Services”).

2.2 We do not guarantee that a trademark application will be approved or registered. Trademark examination, opposition, and registration are subject to the discretion of CNIPA and applicable laws. Outcomes may be affected by factors beyond our control, including prior rights, examination standards, and third-party oppositions.

4.1 Fees for Services are as quoted or agreed in writing. Official government fees (such as CNIPA fees) are payable regardless of outcome and are non-refundable once a filing has been submitted.
4.2 Unless otherwise agreed, fees must be paid before we commence work or before a filing is submitted.
4.3 You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or taxes applicable to payments.
5.1 All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to China Trademark Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
5.2 Any trademark rights arising from filings are held by you or your designated entity as the applicant or registrant.
We treat information you provide in connection with our Services as confidential and will not disclose it except as necessary to provide the Services, as required by law, or with your consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
7.1 The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
7.2 China Trademark Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.
7.3 Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount of fees actually paid by you for the specific matter giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless China Trademark Services, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including CNIPA and WIPO. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe continued provision would violate any law or regulation.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where China Trademark Services is located.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
