Chinese IP litigation legal fees vary widely: Simple cases $3,000-10,000, complex cases $10,000-50,000+, appeals add 30-50% to base fees.
Filing fees are calculated based on the claimed damages amount. For claims under $150,000, fees are approximately 1-2% of the claim.
Notarization and translation of evidence: $500-2,000. Evidence preservation (forensic公证): $1,000-5,000.
